1. Bridal Veil Falls
Just a short drive up Provo Canyon, this Utah County classic offers breathtaking views of a gorgeous waterfall.

2. Pine Hollow Trail
This loop trail in American Fork Canyon has a variety of scenery including forested trails and meadowland panoramas. The real show-stopper though, is the view of Mount Timpanogos.

3. Horsetail Falls
Looking for a less-trafficked hike than Bridal Veil Falls? Horsetail Falls in the perfect trek for those seeking something a bit more secluded. As a bonus, the hike down offers great views of Utah County. Maybe you can spot your apartment!

4. Silver Lake Trail
The hike to this mountain lake requires some steep switchbacks, but the alpine scenery and views of Mt. Timpanogos are worth it. Located in American Fork Canyon, the Silver Lake Trail is a beautiful loop trail through the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest.
Skill Level: Intermediate. Distance: 4.6 miles
5. Timpanogos Summit via Timpooneke Trail
The Timpooneke Trail is one of two trails that lead to this iconic summit. The Timpooneke Trail is accessed from American Fork Canyon and sports plenty of wildflowers and a view of Emerald Lake on your way to the peak.
